Why doesn't Apple allow for reinstall of past ios versions?

seriously. if merely response jail breaking, should done away with.

have read how bad iphone 3g on ios4 , ipad 1 on ios5, there should way able roll os makes device smooth or apple should not allowing these devices upgrade

know can save blobs there should more sanctioned way

know hesitant upgrade of devices fear of bad performance , unable roll back. else?

 

obviously because apple interested in getting many people possible using current software version.
