Weird iMac G5 screen blocks

this started today. watching tv show in itunes , happens screen. have idea what's going on?

-imac g5 2.0ghz
-2 gb ram
-1 tb hd

try restarting, resetting pram ( hold command/apple key + option/alt + p + r ) , use.

although caps in imac....
