Unable to sign into Netflix on Apple TV 3

hey all,

wondering if else has seen problem - i've had apple tv 3 week , unable sign netflix on ever.

internet connection fine (i can stream 1080p direct apple), i've deactived devices in netflix, i've changed password in netflix too. i've tried using apple remote app copy'n'paste password in directly, nothing works.

seen this? ideas?
