Cannot connect to update or appstore

i unable connect app-store or update mbp. notice other programs adobe can not update also. firefox , safari browsers working fine utorrent. have tried @ work , @ home , problem same. when click on update tells me cannot connect internet. when choose diagnostics button, there nothing wrong connection.

ideas problem appreciated. new mac.

running lion 10.7. pc 17" 1920x1200 display. 2.2ghz quad i7. 8gb ram. 750gb hd. amd 6750m 1gb
