Where can I pre-order the ipad3?

hi,

if ipad3 available pre-order, thoughts best chance of getting 1 right away? also, prior experiences, if pre-order available, when should call? press-release day? called bb yesterday , think they'll pre-ordering, unsure when. first one, i'm unfamiliar process.

 

there no pre-order, @ least yet!
