Small right click issue

this small issue still bugging me because i'm used using laptop way. used able right click either tapping trackpad 2 fingers, or single clicking in bottom right corner.

ever since had mbp repaired (for power issues), it's let me 1 of these things. trackpad settings in preferences seem make choose between double tap option, or corner click option, not both? able both before, , feels annoying without ability. missing or what's wrong?
