as no programmer, freebie:
read lot , many times in bed.
naturally, fall asleep , iphone keeps merrily delivering book snooze. then, upon awakening, have no idea left consciousness relative story. , time consuming, annoying exercise find right spot again.
so, timer 1 set @ 10-15 minute increments turn off until urged on. simple, effective.
