New to icloud

hi setup icloud seems can view previous appointments on ical. , not every appointment on iphone shows on ical.

have entered 'icloud testing' on ical doesn't show on phone. missing here?

 

sounds isn't setup right on @ least 1 of devices. needs added account on both mac , ios devices. once have setup should give opportunity merge existing data icloud.
