Need help to update ios

using iphone 4 (ios 4.1 bb 2.10.04) locked at&t in india gevey sim. haven't jailbroken or updated ios far.

want update ios 5 , use here in india. there anyway can update ios? if possible please guide me links me it.

p.s newbie here , new iphone world. highly appreciated
