Modem Astech & Time Capsule

hi,

couple of months ago replaced linksys router time capsule. since i'm having troubles astech modem. looks freeze when wake laptop up.

think reason dhcp giving same ip 2 devices , it's breaking astech modem. happens when use time capsule. if use linksys work fine.

know how can fix that?
