IPhone 4, iOS 5.01, messages app won't open pics

title says, messages app won't open pics since yesterday. please help, thanks.

 

wow...i thought one.

4s, jailbroken, , problem started yesterday or day before me well. thought maybe bitesms, uninstall didn't fix it. turning off winterboard themes didn't fix either. native messages app won't open them.

here's odd thing...i figured out it's not won't open them, rather won't display them. if tap little arrow in bottom corner , select save, photo shows in photos app. won't display image within messages app (although display preview in chat thread.
