Contacts not right?

i have jailbroke 4s 5.01

first iphone please bare me.

orginally synced gmail account contacts (i had android phone). anyway today messing around settings , didn't know changed, clicked reset settings.

problem if go messages or phone, shows phone numbers , not name. yet contacts still listed in contacts menu names.

things confusing. open messaging app, i'll see

(555) 555-5555

no name, yet in contacts number john smith. if click new message under john smith, i'll get

john smith


i'll have old message list number! i'm having 2 convos. 1 name, , 1 number. help?

 

you're not running verizon/sprint iphone without sim card came with, you?
