i did first ccc backup earlier today , afterwards noticed applications folder empty in user directory on new backup? have applications selected backup. not copy those?
did have in ~/applications folder on internal drive, or apps in /applications folder? usually, apps installed in /applications folder, not under user folder.
ccc can copy part of drive, or clone entire drive, including os, apps, documents, etc. @ backup settings , @ feature. ccc documentation helpful , guide through setting cloning.
