Belkin 050 question for those who have it. UPDATE!

so received clear/blacktop belkin 050 case today amazon , man dissapointed! want try feedback case try , determine if maybe got bad case or what. here issue case...

poor fitment! case buldges away iphone near volume +/- buttons! can see gap bottons on, not fit right @ all!

wondering if else has case seems have problem to? way case fits or mine bad one? if not sound common going contact belkin replacement...if not returning asap! hope can input on all, thanks!
