i installed change folder icons app. not working @ me. have "enable" checked under custom icon, , choose icon, nothing happens. have restarted , resprung springboard many times. has had luck app in ios5?
it working great me! have enable @ 2 different locations: first enable under global, then, enable each folder , choose icon.
