Blocking streaming audio & video over wireless

good evening,

apologize if has been asked before. did searches , did not find similar thread. anyhow... wondering if there way block phone streaming audio , video content while on wireless network. pretty sure has caused me go on data limit few times.

you want block streaming video , audio on carriers network dont use data?
agree 2 things use data doubt there's on stock firmware.
gotta make sure carrier data turned off when away wifi dont use lots of data or dont stream when away wifi.
