Can't install (or reinstall) anything on Mac App Store after 10.7.3

is else having issue?

seem having issues mac app store on both mac pro , macbook pro after updating 10.7.3

i'm unable download (or re-download) anything. purchased app (and not cheap one) , download didn't start. go purchases , (after quite while) list shows purchased apps , of them (even installed ones earlier) have "install" next them, without underlying image (so looks pretty bad)... clicking nothing.

tried on both computers thinking maybe isolated, have same issue on both. on macbook pro, purchases page looks worse , missing style sheet.

 

probably internet connection (or app store servers have bad time). not whole app store page html downloaded, including javascripts (which perform actions , starts application downloading, assume)
