yellow triangles appear for keyboard shortcuts when there's no conflict

i've had these yellow triangles white exclamation points next spotlight , exposé keyboard shortcuts while now. shows conflict when spotlight set default ⌘+space. i've tried resetting keyboard shortcuts , i've clicked triangles try , find conflict, nothing shows conflicting.

isn't major issue, seems work fine. kinda bugs ocd.

i have same problem!!!! , can't figure out how fix it. seems making spotlight search take forever open when press command+space. there nothing else tied keyboard shortcuts. tried going deafult. please help.
