Geniuses Replacing Battery/Vibrate Motor/Camera at Apple Store Now?

hey guys!

question all, didn't know apple geniuses replaced iphone batteries, vibrate motors, , cameras @ store.

i've had iphone 4 , 4s replaced couple times , once due battery problem , other time vibrate. both times replaced phone.

new iphone 4s replacement had camera didn't focus on close objects went apple store expecting replacement, instead replaced camera. because don't have spend more money getting screen protector etc.

question is, when did make change geniuses replace these parts @ store? , thoughts on this... should give replacement phone instead?
