Way to use my Audio Port as In AND Out?

i have 13'' macbook pro. 1 thing hate having 1 port, chosing between audio in or audio out.

have turtle beach x31's, , want able plug them audio port, hear audio , use microphone @ same time. . (i know need adapter 2.5>3.5mm)

there possible way besides buying external usb hub?
