for recent customer service mishap verizon offered me upgrade on phone line today (i not eligible upgrade until 12/1/12). have 4s, want upgrade different phone if doesn't affect current eligibility.
1. remove upgrade on 12/1/12? still able upgrade iphone 5?
2. how can upgrade through amazonwireless's site upgrade? verizon's online store way expensive phone want.
ps: "customer serivce mishap". involves store manager harassing me , leaking/using personal information account contact me , relatives. pretty serious matter. when called vzw's support number told me reporting said store manager district manager, , began apologized. offered me upgrade w/o me asking anything.
overall, while has caused me lot of trouble, sure hell can solved little new phone magic. should do?
