Notes App Bug

i bought iphone 4s recently, , had issue notes app.

thing im writing work hours in app, , stranges things happens.

notes gone (not app, notes) other persons notes, dont know he's russian, muslim, probbly kazahstan.
religion notes mails , names, guess getting work hours..

dont know happening need notes there anyway them ? had problem before ?

wiredest bug, sorry english, please try understand im not american.
