Fuzziness to screen when light background colours

anyone noticed this? don't know if it's issue, first ipad, when browsing net etc , colour light color in particular white, light blue etc forum, hard explain meen, screen seems have 'fuzzy' it. nothing major, i've noticed don't notice on iphone 4.
