Swapped phone at Apple store got emailed a receipt with someone else's name?

i purchased iphone at&t , had problem speaker. no problems in getting swapped @ store.


here interesting part. genius had me sign ipad , receipt has woman's name , phone number in california on it! (i looked , black box had name on it, , bit of drive being in nc , all, tad odd)


here more interesting part.

emailed receipt date of purchase, name , cell number.

privacy wise has me bit concerned.
