i have app - itemizer. spent long time populating inventory - photos, serial numbers, works. before updating ios5, backed up, updated. somehow lost app & data, know it's on pc. had restore new device, not previous backup.
when synced app onto ipad, app empty, new. i've gotta figure out way locate app data (on pc) app , either:
1) replace (current empty) app data on pc. when sync, it'll go ipad or
2) use ifile copy backed data proper location on ipad.
i'm thinking option #1 easier. there other options? can done? has type of recovery? please! spent time on data entry. thank in advance.
can find backup of 1 app , manually restore it? didn't use app couple of months, i'm safe going 2 months ago , grabbing app, folder, data, whatever , restoring manually. possible?
i'm pretty sure lost data..
there 2 types of data in ios app;
things backup,
, things not backup.
huge datas; such actual movies in movie player app in second category reduce backup time. these must backed using applications -> file transfer.
know, itunes sucks! crashes time..
