restore from iCloud and lose apps that have been pulled from app store

if restore icloud lose apps have been pulled appstore whatever reason. once app has been pulled apples app store whatever reason (copyright infringement 1 app have) gone icloud restore function, though i'm not sure happens backed data, know can't restore app. think in case can later install itunes, it's pain have remember such apps , individually restore them.
