Podcatcher apps

i have bought few of these, , have been left unsatisfied. i'm looking podcatcher iphone/ipad. here looking for.

1. must put them on device music/videos apps can play them, rather having use podcatcher playback software.
2. prefer syncs across devices (most icloud method)
3. prefer universal app.
4. prefer if there mac client utility keep podcasts on mac, ipad, , other ios devices in sync.

pay $20 that. have yet find #1. pretty sure not exist. i'm hoping have missed , curious else might looking this.

help.
