Netflix Streaming - Terrible Picture Quality on the new iPad?

the picture quality absolutely terrible, , wireless 8.69 mbps download speed. looks it's 360p resolution.

experiencing similar problem?

 

i watched few things on netflix afternoon, , had no problem @ image quality.
