Best HDR Camcorder

obviously need 1 mac. want 1 of professional camcorders shoot in hd. cool looking ones paparazzi use . want 1 has best bang buck. don't need 3d recording , stuff. can double camera.

 

budget? examples?
mean "hd" or "hdr", mean different?

hd = high definition (video)
hdr = high dynamic range (photography , video)

have other requirements "cool looking" , "best bang buck" (which depends on amount of bucks)?

ps: don't need 1 mac though, work windows , mac os x?
pps: paparazzo uses camcorder? mean dslr perhaps?
