Mouse with a precise scrollwheel?

most (if not all) seems scroll line @ time not acceptable imo, due windows supporting(without special software) mode.

i'm looking mouse precise , detentless scrollwheel mbp. precise mean: pixel based scrolling, should possible scroll 1 pixel @ time, if scrolling carefully/slowly

exist?
