How can I download (& not just view) a screencast with an address that starts rtsp://

is possible download (& save disk) screencast/movie that's found @ internet address starts rtsp:// (real time streaming protocol)?

when using either safari or firefox, pasting address of movie address field & pressing return causes quicktime player open, displays movie.

choosing save as... in quicktime player gives estimated file size of 2.0 kb (for 90 minute movie) next save self-contained movie option, clicking save @ point isn't going work.

sort of file isn't meant saved, viewed, know of workarounds?

yes, it's real have developed software rtmp downloading, can't provide link because i'm representative of company

note not rtmp streams downloadable.
