MBP mid 2009 Blank Screen with mouse

hello there

have macbook pro 986 mid 2009, snow leopard on last updates.

3 month ago changed memory 8gb (this changes in hw)

have blank black screens sometimes.

in prev days have totally 2-3 blanks, today boot mac , after 5-10 mins see next blank screen. reboot helps :-/
in load ff, torrent, sys monitor , preferences. no new apps installed in last 3-6 month. last update week ago.

extern monitor work perfectly. mouse work. audio works. - black (led lighted) screen , mouse pointer. tryed switch between videocards - no effect. no "magic corners" have.

 

try booting original ram in place , see if problem still there.
