so wanted clean out case , proceeded remove phone.
while removing front plate noticed dust on front facing camera. upon inspecting case noticed small hole front facing camera , emailed company it.
is sane keep phone inside pocket or on table. have no idea have caused this.
extremely frustrating when spent $70 on bullet proof case.
sorry hear issue. have 2 boys (13 yr old , 17 yr old). ytounger has otterbox defender , older lifeproof. both seem doing job. needed 2 different cases avoid confusion since kitchen re-charge central.
call life proof, think should replace free.
