Iphone doesnt want to allow me to Jailbreak.

alright first time have ever run problem phone. have 3 other devices jailbroken isnt first time around, including other iphone4.

received iphone apple store , took home jailbreak , unable to. spes on both devices below.

goes dfu, when booting loads 1st fast , 2nd fast. says waiting reboot, phone continues reboot. doesn't seem taking software. restored phone factory, , tried again , doesn't seem take. have attempted 10 times today , bunch last night, other software date. ideas helpful.
