Change iCloud Account Information On iPhone!?

hey guys! hope you're doing great!

got new iphone 4s , activated it. during process asked enter icloud account! didn't have 1 @ time because didn't own ios device create one, tried appleid instead!
created icloud account after activating iphone.

is there way change icloud account information on iphone(with appleid) new icloud account??
possible?
icloud account information menu on iphone locked. think reason apple locked prevent changing , disabling "find phone feature" in case device stolen.

want sync email addresses, mbp, iphone etc. 1 account(icloud) , use 1 account everything!

go setting mail, contacts, calendar. add account add new icloud. go old account same settings screen , delete
