lockscreen notification problems

i have jailbroke iphone 4 on 5.0.1, lock screen notifications working fine, when notification, slide bar, , goes 1/5 of way bounces beginning....any ideas?

 

that did happend me before , mine not jailbroken @ date. (iphone 4s)
