iPhone 4s won't completely boot up! Help?

so weekend iphone 4s jailbroken iwas installing in cydia top hit respring , got stuck on respring load screen hard reboot had go dfu mode , restore. today rejailbroke , in cydia downloading , finished running "respring" or "return cydia" button never appeared , taking years long load rebooted won't turn on. bring boot logo won't turn on sit there on apple boot logo. help!?
