iPad won't load app store or itunes

i moved states , set new internet provider. ipad2 , iphone4 both connect wireless time capsule , can internet. however, neither able load app store or itunes apps (both have blank page says "loading..." - same response trying system update - yet work safari fine. suggestions appreciated. thanks!
