How do i move a 5gb file to my windows partition?

this driving me insane. have 5gb iso file want move windows partition. tried moving usb copy over, got error 4gb maximum. tried dragging windows partition, have read not write access to, didn't work. tried macfuse, doesn't work on lion. tried putting in .rar file take 6+ hours, judging performance witnessed.

how hell do it?

use putty on windows box , copy using scp:

scp user@mac.local:/path/to/file .

"user" zou short mac user name
"mac.local" hostname of zour mac in network
"putty" can found google
