Can Mac Server be realtime?

is possible set processor affinity , avoid context switch? mac pro can have 12 cores, 24 virtual cores hyperthreading, want bind process core , never switch. can server this?

critical non-critical i/o delayed, e.g. spotlight. configurable?

task realtime , requires careful tuning of system.
