Can't download ePub books from library

i tried checkout couple of books online local library. when download them (using safari) error saying safari can't open link. library offers program called overdrive use downloads, it's media manager. can't figure out how ebook ibooks, stay in overdrive.

have friend upgraded ipad 1 , can't download books either though getting different error.

ay ideas? may specific local library's site well, posting in hopes others new ipad (or ios 5.1) have found same issue.

download app called bluefire reader. use read library books time, works charm.
