iTunes and iPhone sync ringtones

hi everyone... got new iphone 4s , pretty got ringtone thing down part appear in "tones" section under "device" on itunes... on phone???? cant find them under settings, ringtones... nor when under rintones when trying apply them contact. how them go phone??

 

they should in settings > 'ringtone', in column right above default ringtones. when plugged in iphone, did check 'sync ringtones' , ringtones made or bought, in 'tones' section in itunes?
