Restore non-jailbreak back-up on jailbroken IP4?

getting 5.0.1 jailbroken (redsnow untethered) ip4 later today (yeah!)

have backup made on non-jailbroken 5.0.1 (different) ip4. can restore of apps etc using non-jailbreak backup onto ip4 newly jailbroken ? ... or totally mess-up jailbroken ip4???
