ProRes with QT 7.6.6, FCE 4.0.1 and Mpeg Streamclip

hey all,
in attempting export footage 5dmkii prores footage editing in fce, found neither streamclip nor qt pro 7.6.6 have prores format option. ideas if can work? i'm under impression can. have appleproresdecoder component installed in /system/library/quicktime, version 1.0 currently.

final cut express not support prores codec, uses apple intermediate codec instead, should option compression in mpeg streamclip.

if use final cut pro , not fce:

edited short film canon 5d mark ii footage , had better results following application:

• 5dtorgb - original 5dtorgb still free!
• 5dtorgb-batch v1.5b - batch process terminal script
