Send to Kindle

i have icon in safari says send kindle. have kindle app on ipad. how synchronize two? hit send kindle , says sending, doesn't show anywhere.

 

are sure it's not in archive on ipad? far know, on non-kindle devices, new items placed in archive, not "active" items.
