Opinion on pre owned iMac 27"

hi guys! first post round here. figured i'd ask guys whether made decision while i'm still in return time frame.

2009 27" imac
upgraded core i7 2.8ghz
8gb of ram
2tb hdd
stock other that.

$1100 shipped. first mac, know it's tad old, specs quite alot better c2d pc , thing or buy pc , run hackintosh (meh).

it's in transit on way here! did make choice here or did overpay? thank you!

this system use (except i've got 1tb hd). new in november 2009 , limited availability 2.8ghz i7, yours little more 2 years old @ most.

don't know price other bit less half these when new, sounds good. mine has been running fine, repairs on imacs expensive. have been better if came remaining applecare give coverage if goes wrong.
