help!!!! ipod wont charge cant turn on , wont connect computer....i cant hard reset either(hold in power button , menu button @ same time) ipod broke or something? , if send in apple 1 year warranty fixed or exchanged new one?
if inside of apple 1 yr warranty , device in shape (no cracks in glass or excessive scrapes/etc(accidental damage). should swap device you.
when plug in device computer recognized in itunes?
can hear sounds coming device?
