Enjoying Facetime; Will it ever come to iPads on LTE?

i upgraded ipad 1, me facetime has been great! wish offered on lte. seems resolution low enough wouldn't data hog, , i'm sure apply compression techniques reduce data size on top of low resolution.

seems informal lte testing, upload speeds far exceed of home cable modem connection (at least double upload capability, , 25% better download on lte). me seems lte better solution facetime wi-fi because of increased speeds, upload. wonder how data use 5 minute call? i'm on unlimited, wonder if restrict because of potential go on one's data plan cap - or - wonder if restrict not compete carriers' cell phone business.
