Airport (graphite) wireless problem

my macbook (and iphones) connect airport after entered password. visitor's toshiba laptop can't connect. can see the correct network name , has strong signal after entering correct password message 'the key or passphrase incorrect". password correct. how can visitor fix it? (i out of town , can not connect remove password requirement)
