Occasional Beep Sound When Playing Intensive Games

i running windows 7 professional 64bit on 2011 17" macbook pro.

here specs:
intel core i7 2720qm
amd radeon 6750m hd
4gb ram

when have been playing battlefield 3 (running @ 1440x900 medium settings), after match finishes there beep sound , half second later, there beep. high pitched, not squeaky, still high. thought bf3 in-game sounds, played skyrim , got same beep...beep sound after 15 minutes of gameplay. have noticed beeps happening after buying , playing bf3 yesterday. have never happened before bf3.

looked @ temperature of i7 , said max temperature running @ 98 degrees celcius. gpu running @ around 85 degrees. people have said temperatures alright models are, reckon 98 degrees pretty high.

beeps warning i7 overheating? i7 runs around 53 degrees during normal use, goes past 85 when playing game.

beep...beep sound came through headset normal speakers, means beeps going through sound card , not coming inside mac.

ideas on why these beeps happening?
